BOOKING CONFIRMATION

No confirmation will be made until the payment of a 300 € deposit, and such payment is acknowledged as received.

BOOKING AUTHORISATION

If a booking is done on behalf of several persons, it will be the responsibility of the person making the booking to bring these terms and conditions to the attention of each person for whom a booking is done and to get their acceptance before agreeing to the terms of conditions. The acceptance of these terms and conditions by the person making the booking shall be taken as acceptance of the terms and conditions by all persons included in the booking. 

PAYMENT

Full payment of the balance due must be made before the start date of the practice cycle and not later that the day before, once arrived on the spot. Payment in cash is recommended in order to avoid transaction costs with banks. Failure to do so may result in Yelobirdnest exercising its right to cancel your booking and to levy the applicable charges set out below. 

CANCELLATION

In case of cancellation for whatever reason, it should be notified to Yelobirdnest in writing (yelobirdnest@gmail.com).  In the event you wish to re-book your cycle (date change), 50% of the original cost will be available as a credit towards a future date to be booked within a year. The replacement dates can include Christmas and New Year period as well, subject to availability and at the relevant rates published for that period.  

For transfers that have been booked, if they are cancelled at the last moment (for example, the day before arrival), you will be entitled to only a 50% refund because the driver has been booked especially for you and has not taken on any other commitment for that time.

INSURANCE

In order to participate in Yelobirdnest practice cycle, guests must have travel insurance. 

COSTS

Costs are clearly detailed in the online information pages. Not included are flights, insurance, entrance fees to cultural sites, food & drinks on excursions and any other activity carried out outside the practice cycle. 

PROGRAMME CHANGES

Each practice cycle has been confirmed by the respective teacher. If, for any reason, a teacher becomes unavailable, we shall do our best to replace her.him with someone having similar skills. Wherever possible you will be advised in advance of any change.

PRIVACY POLICY

You will be asked to agree to these terms & conditions upon completion of the booking form. Any personal information you enter will only be used to process your booking. We will not sell or redistribute your information to any third party.

The site may use cookie and tracking technology depending on the features offered. Cookie and tracking technology are useful for gathering information such as browser type and operating system, tracking the number of visitors to the site, and understanding how visitors use the site. Cookies can also help customize the site for visitors. Personal information cannot be collected via cookies and other tracking technology, however, if you previously provided personally identifiable information, cookies may be tied to such information. Aggregate cookie and tracking information may be shared with third parties.

We may share information with governmental agencies or other companies assisting us in fraud prevention or investigation. We may do so when: (1) permitted or required by law; or, (2) trying to protect against or prevent actual or potential fraud or unauthorized transactions; or, (3) investigating fraud which has already taken place. The information is not provided to these companies for marketing purposes. will never sell, trade, rent, exchange, or otherwise share your personal information with any other person, company, or organization.

EXCLUSIONS

We do not accept liability for cancellations, delays, loss of/or damage to personal property of guests, or losses caused by acts of God, war or threat of war, closure of airports, civil strife, natural disasters, accidents, guests’ injuries, illnesses, medical or psychiatric conditions developed during or subsequent to the stay, or any other events beyond or within our control.
